Contax Law are working with a global investment company who are seeking a Hedge Fund Lawyer to join their growing Legal and Compliance team.

You will be required to support the team on a wide range of work including: hedge fund documentation, investor marketing and due diligence documentation and approvals, trading documentation and trading instrument approvals, employment and partnership documentation, regulatory advice and implementation and regulatory filings and assisting with team administration, digitization and organisation of documentation and legal workflows.
