They will have a proven track record of advising institutions, management teams, and investee companies on various transactions, offering tax structuring guidance related to investments. Additionally, they will be well-versed in providing expert tax advice to lenders and borrowers across a spectrum of financing transactions. Their expertise will extend to advising groups and their shareholders on structuring for operational activities and disposals, as well as dealing with tax covenants and warranties, deal-related insurance, and post-deal warranty and covenant claims
