Nicholas Scott are working with a leading US Law Firm who have an opportunity for a Tax Associate to join their tax team based in London. The team undertakes a broad variety of corporate tax work – cross border and domestic, transactional and advisory.

Requirements:

· A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

· 2-4 years PQE

· Experience in a leading UK or US firm

· Focus on corporate taxation aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions, group reorganizations and corporate finance
