Nicholas Scott are working with a transatlantic firm in London who are looking for an experienced Associate to join their highly ranked Securitisation practice.

Requirements:

•6-9 years' PQE (although those with more or less experience will also be considered)

•Significant experience in securitisation - most notably in Trade Receivables

•Drafting experience of all transaction documents

•Experience in supervising trainee solicitors and junior associates

•Training contract and experience gained at reputable City firms
