This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned team who have made two high profile Partner hires in the past 12 months.  The team works on some of the best deals in the market, with a focus on ‘big ticket’ investment deals, PE real estate and large developers.

Requirements

•Experience in Real Estate Finance

•Specific experience with commercial real estate transactions, acting for banks, financial institutions, investors and corporate clients in real estate finance and investment transactions. 

•This role will focus on structured real estate finance advising both lenders and sponsors. 

•An understanding of the LMA intercreditor principles. 

•Excellent communication skills.
