Nicholas Scott is working with a leading US law firm who is looking for a 2-3PQE Private Equity Infrastructure associate to join their award-winning team.

Widely recognized as leaders in their field, the firm offer both international reach and a depth of local resources — you will be advising clients globally on sophisticated infrastructure and real estate transactions.

You will be working with corporates, sponsors, banks and pension funds across the full breadth of infrastructure assets, and in particular on M&A and financings in the Energy, Transport, Telecoms and Social Infrastructure sectors.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with experience with a top tier Magic circle or international firm, with excellent academics, intellectual curiosity, who are driven by professional growth while also being a team player.

The role commands a very attractive salary in excess of £200,000 plus benefits, with excellent opportunities for learning and professional development.
