Nicholas Scott is working with a top tier global law firm who is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their renowned/award-winning/highly ranked/prestigious team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for commercial asset management (landlord side) including preparing leases, and supplemental leasing documents, and running letting files. Commercial investment work including running sale and purchase files (single asset) or being part of a wider team on portfolio transactions

Requirements:

• NQ Solicitor with at least one seat in real estate

• Demonstrable people skills

• Strong communication and drafting skills

• Excellent academics and professional background
