One of the leading US Firms in Singapore has the opportunity for a UK or Aus/NZ Associate with between 1 and 4 years PQE with a leading M & A/ Private Equity team within a known Law Firm

You will be working with a Partner who advises on a wide range of international corporate finance transactions and merger-and-acquisition transactions, and regularly represents sponsors, borrowers and lenders on complex cross-border acquisition finance transactions.

In addition, the Partner has significant experience with international debt restructurings in Asia. They specialises in structuring complex debt and equity transactions for clients both within and outside of Southeast Asia, and regularly advises many of the largest private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, leading banks and financial institutions in their various transactions globally and in particular throughout Asia.
