Nicholas Scott are working with a transatlantic powerhouse law firm in London who are looking for an experienced Associate to join their highly ranked Banking practice.

The firm is one of very few practices in London able to advise clients across all tiers of the capital structure.

Requirements:

•4-6 years' PQE (although those with more or less experience will also be considered)

•Drafting experience of primary LMA documentation

•Experience in real estate finance and/or restructuring is advantageous but not essential

•Training contract and experience gained at reputable City firms
