Nicholas Scott is working with a leading UK law firm looking to add an associate and senior associate to their highly regarded private funds team.

The firm acts for many of the leading institutional asset managers across private equity, private debt, real estate and other alternative asset classes and advise on all aspects of their business.

Your role will include; incentive arrangements, alternatives asset management and secondaries and acting as lead associate on alternatives fundraisings.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with a strong academic background with experience from a leading institutional private funds practice or in-house at an alternative asset manager with a primary focus on alternative funds.
