They are looking for a contract paralegal. It is an interim role (minimum 6 months) with remote working being optional.

• Ideally with 1-2 yrs experience of working on commercial contracts (eg. helping to draft, review and negotiate agreements)

• It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of Ironclad software, or similar. 

• The role may also suit a Commercial Contracts manager.
