Contax Law is working with a leading financial service provider who are seeking transactional attorneys who can support the legal team on a contract basis in London.

The successful candidate will have experience in capital markets advisory, leveraged finance, securitized products, equities/derivatives, and some asset management/funds support, fixed income, GTS, general lending, and M&A.

Will be assisting the Bank in migrate from products that require continued material exposures and higher Regulated Capital + RWA.
