Contax Law are looking for French Corporate Finance lawyer to be based in Paris for a leading utilities and energy firm. The role will be for approximately 6-12 months on a contract basis.

Ideally you will have strong Corporate Finance experience from a leading law firm or In house organisation. Experience could cover the following; bond issues, organisation of loans  for companies, assisting firms with their Corporate Finance work and pure corporate finance work.

Ideally you will have at least 6 years post qualification experience, be a self-starter and able to hit the ground running.

Idéalement, vous aurez une solide expérience en finance d'entreprise dans un cabinet d'avocats de premier plan ou une organisation interne. L'expérience pourrait couvrir les éléments suivants ; émissions obligataires, organisation de prêts aux entreprises, accompagnement des entreprises dans leurs missions de Corporate Finance et de pure corporate finance.

Idéalement, vous aurez au moins 6 ans d'expérience post-qualification, serez autonome et capable de vous lancer.
