Nicholas Scott are working with a major global law firm who will offer immediate Partnership to a Senior Associate to join their rapidly expanding Private Equity and Corporate practice, based in their London office.

The firm has a Private Equity practice across the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Having lawyers in each of the largest financial centres (London, New York and Hong Kong), the firm is in a strategically advantageous position to service complex cross border private equity transactions.

You will have a minimum of 8 years experience with a leading Private Equity/M&A practice with a particular sector focus in either technology, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), Corporate Real Estate or the Insurance sector.

If you can demonstrate a strong transactional track record in any of the sectors mentioned and produce a business plan showing how you would develop your client relationships in these sectors then the firm will offer immediate partnership.

Starting salary sits at £200,000 + in addition to bonuses
