Contax Law is working with a leading global engineering and construction management company who are looking for a Commercial/Construction Lawyer to join their legal team in the UK.

The ideal candidate will be based either in Glasgow or London and required to review contracts ranging from professional services agreements, joint venture and consortia agreements to expanded scope contracts involving engineering, procurement and construction. Advice and contribution to businesses regarding corporate governance and policies

Requirements

• 5+ PQE

• Basic knowledge of the engineering/construction industry

• Basic knowledge of risk management techniques (insurance, bonds, contract terms, letters of credit, financial     instruments

• Attention to detail.

• Experience in financial services or law firms preferred but not necessary.

• Advanced computing skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
