A successful tech start-up who are currently going through an expansion phase are looking for a General Commercial lawyer, approx. 3-5PQE to join as soon as possible. This is a genuine temp to perm opportunity and they would like to bring someone on board initially for 3-6months for a project and then transition them in to a permanent role.

The scope of this work will fall outside of IR-35 so candidates can be employed via their own personal services company should they so wish.

Candidates will ideally have a strong general commercial background, preferably gained within the technology sector or from a similar field. They would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible.
