Nicholas Scott are working with a leading Global Law Firm who have an opportunity for a Banking & Loan Finance Associate to join their Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team based in London office.

Requirements:

·A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)

·4 – 7 years PQE

·Experience gained within a top tier firm is preferred

· trong academic background with excellent written communication and drafting skills

·Outstanding technical skills in acquisition and leveraged finance, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team
