​We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Band 1 Real Estate team in Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with industry-leading Partners David Sinn and Jane Hodder, and to benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a team of highly ambitious, cohesive, and talented professionals.

The team acts for many large local and overseas based property developers, investors  and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia. You will gain access to a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments, sales and acquisitions, and leasing matters, in a friendly and inclusive, team environment where there are plenty of opportunities for learning and skills development.

You will also have the chance to work with other partners and lawyers across the network.To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 6 years' PQE in transactional real estate;

• Experience across real estate development, investment, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals;

• Be admitted to practice in Australia or New Zealand; and

• Strong communication, teamwork and client service skills and have a hunger to learn and develop, and to be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.
