Nicholas Scott are working with a renowned US law firm’s London office who are looking for an experienced Corporate/M&A associate to join their London team. 

This is a superb opportunity to work on truly global deals alongside their US and Asian offices.  A significant number of their clients are from the tech industry, including many household names and start ups.

Requirements:

 •In the region of 4+ PQE

•Broad experience in international M&A deals

•Excellent communication skills

•Some experience in supervising trainees and / or junior staff would be beneficial

•Private Equity experience beneficial but not mandatory

Salary package in excess of $275,000 plus bonuses and full roster of benefits.
