We have a exciting role for a Property Lawyer to join a very successful and entrepreneurial property development company where you will largely be responsible for all their legal work, acting as their sole General Counsel. Our client specialises in sourcing and developing large scale Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hotels, Build To Rent (BTR), Co Living and Affordable Housing sites for institutional clients.

The role will suit an experienced property lawyer, ideally with at least 4/5 years post qualification experience, however, they will consider applicants at all levels, especially those with more experience than this. You will have experience of land conveyances and Forward Funding Development Funding Agreements between developers and institutional funders.

The role will offer a huge amount of autonomy and flexibility, for example, if desired you will be able to work fully remotely 99% of the time from home and largely keep your own hours too. Equally, the office is always open too should you desire to go in to the office from time to time. The role could potentially suit a mother (or father) retuning to work and looking for a lot more flexibility in their work as well as being able to have a lot more control of their working day and environment.
