The successful candidate will undertake a range of career enhancing work that supports national and international clients.

​​Requirements:

· An unrestricted Australian or New Zealand practicing certificate

· 3 years' private practice or similar experience

· In-depth experience in Funds and M&A

· Outstanding academic record

· Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously

· Experience in successfully supervising and mentoring junior solicitors
