Nicholas Scott is working with an international law firm who is looking for a 3-7 PQE mid-senior Corporate M&A/Private Equity Associate to join their prestigious, highly ranked team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a pioneering firm in the M&A/PE space who represent the major players in Europe and the US, from blue chip companies and investment banks to private equity firms and acquisitive hedge funds.

You will be working on big-ticket cross-border transactions, complex leveraged buyouts, sponsor joint ventures, consortia bids and minority investments and management incentivisation, across a variety of sectors, including technology, digital infrastructure, retail and business services.

We are looking for someone UK qualified with experience working with a leading corporate M&A practice and has strong private equity experience.
