We are seeking a Solicitor to join our Band 1 Real Estate team in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with industry-leading Partners Michael Back, Julie Jankowski, Christopher Blue and Luke Simpson, and benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a team of highly ambitious and collaborative, talented professionals.
The team acts for large property developers and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia. You will be across a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments, sales and acquisitions, and leasing matters.
You will also have the chance to work with other partners and lawyers across the network.
Skills, experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Ideally 2-4 years' PQE in transactional real estate, however we are open to considering candidates with more or less experience;
Experience across real estate development, investment, acquisitions and disposals required;
Be admitted to practice in Australia or New Zealand; and
Strong communication and teamwork skills, have a hunger to learn and develop, and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.
