We are seeking a Solicitor to join our leading Band 1 and award winning Disputes team to be based in Sydney.

In this role you will work closely with pre-eminent and leading partners and senior lawyers across the national Construction and Infrastructure Disputes group.

You will undertake a range of work that supports national and international clients, advising on issues during project delivery and resolving commercial and construction disputes on major construction and infrastructure projects across the construction, transportation, mining and energy industries. While this role is based in Sydney, you will work closely with the national construction and infrastructure disputes team and will gain exposure and experience on domestic and international matters.

You will be a key member of a close-knit, highly motivated and innovative team. You will have extensive client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships. Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrable experience or a keen interest in delivering technical advice and acting on a range of contentious construction and infrastructure disputes matters, from a leading top tier, national or international private practice environment. Suitable in-house and government experience will also be considered;

• An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset;

• A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team;

• An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously;
