Nicholas Scott is working with a global law firm who is looking for a Leveraged Finance Associate to join their prestigious Banking & Finance team.

 Our client’s banking team works across the three global financial districts in the US, Europe and Asia.  The firm has a longstanding reputation for ensuring their employees’ wellbeing, and is open to adopting working policies that suit candidates’ needs.  

 Nicholas Scott have worked with the firm for a significant number of years and have made many associate and partner placements into the London office.    

Requirements 

- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-4 years’ PQE

- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation;

- Previous Leveraged Finance experience is essential;

- Experience in advising on cross border matters will be advantageous but not essential;

- Excellent academics
