Nicholas Scott is working with one the leading US Firms paying full New York salaries in London, who are looking for an England & Wales qualified Finance Associate, with 3-4 years’ PQE. 

They are looking for:

• You will have good banking experience and ideally with experience in acquisition financing/leveraged financing deals. They are specifically looking for candidates who have had good levels of responsibility and who have well developed drafting and negotiation skills.

• Candidates with experience of restructuring is useful, but not a pre-requisite.

• Candidates who are committed, enthusiastic, driven and versatile. More importantly, they are looking for candidates who they and their clients will enjoy working with.

• Candidates who are intellectually outstanding with good team skills, a natural collegiality and a genuine desire and enthusiasm to embrace a broad range of financing work.
