This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional candidate who has significant experience advising private and public companies on operation, implementation and design of management and employee incentive and remuneration arrangements, including the related trust, regulatory, tax, employment and governance issues. Experience advising high net worth individuals on remuneration packages, on regulatory remuneration rules establishing "Sweet Equity" PE-style management equity plans.
