We are seeking a Solicitor (2-5 years’) to join our premier Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety team, to be based in Brisbane.
In this role you will work closely with leading Partners across our Brisbane and national employment group. You will undertake a range of work that supports and advises blue chip clients across multiple sectors on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations matters.
You will take on a key role in the practice group and work closely with our talented team to provide employment law advice on workforce strategy, employment aspects of large-scale M&A and projects transactions, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, industrial action, payroll compliance, general protections and all types of Fair Work Commission and anti-discrimination proceedings. have demonstrable experience across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters from a leading top tier, national or international private practice or boutique employment firm; or an in-house environment;
ideally 2 – 5 years' legal experience, however we are open to considering candidates with more or less experience;
be a qualified/admitted legal practitioner in either Australia or New Zealand;
have an excellent academic record, strong communication and teamwork skills;
have a proactive desire to learn and develop, and maintain a market-leading practice.
