Nicholas Scott is working with a global law firm who is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their renowned team.
It is the perfect opportunity for an associate who has at least one year’s post qualification experience and will provide you with the ability to be a part of a collegiate team in a firm with development opportunities and access to its vast global platform.

The Real Estate team in London operates within the wider global real estate platform, acting for a vast array of high-quality clients. You will be advising on acquisitions and disposals, investment and development, financing, landlord and tenant, corporate real estate and public sector work.
You will be part of a friendly and cohesive team, and play a key role in working across the full range of their clients and sectors allowing you to develop your skills as a real estate lawyer. As well as assisting on project teams supporting their most complex transactions, you will manage your own caseload of work with significant client contact, and also work closely with colleagues not just in real estate but also in finance, tax, construction, planning and corporate real estate.
The team also apply their real estate expertise to national and international property, investment and finance sector transactions, in addition to assisting on all stages of structuring large commercial property transactions.
Have a strong understanding of real estate law;
At least 1 year PQE;
Already proved your organisational ability;
Be comfortable with clients, third parties and colleagues and understand the real meaning of client service; and
Be involved in business development activities and initiatives.
