Nicholas Scott is working with a global law firm who is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join their leading department.

Being one of the largest law firms in the world with more than 40 offices across the globe and spanning five continents, its Real Estate practice in London prides itself on having a collegiate team which provides development opportunities and acts for a broad range of high-quality clients. You would be regularly advising on a wide array of legal quandaries pertaining to, among others, joint venture agreements, acquisitions and disposals, business leases, investment, and site assembly.

You will be expected to apply your knowledge of property law to national and international property, investment and finance sector transactions, being heavily involved in all stages of structuring large commercial property transactions and providing a cost effective and practical service to your clients.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 PQE;

• Ability to manage own caseload;

• Organisational and analytical skills;

• Client facing skills and a willingness to participate fully in the marketing activities of the group; and

• The role will require you to deal with acquisitions, disposals, high quality institutional portfolio management, real estate finance aspects and varied work for investors, developers, and both public and finance sector clients.
