Nicholas Scott are working with a highly regarded, Tier 1 Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice who are seeking an Associate to join their Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A and Capital Markets (MAC) Team based in Sydney. The successful candidate will be involved in public and private M&A, equity capital markets and corporate advisory and governance work. They will also gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including mining, infrastructure, energy, financial services, health, media, technology and retail.

Requirements:

•3-4 years' qualified experience from a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A and Capital Markets practice, ideally from a leading top tier, national or international firm

•Ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks

•Willingness to participate in business development activities

•Desire and ability to grow, both as a Corporate MAC lawyer and as a leader
