Contax Law are looking for a number of Commercial Lawyers to start as soon as possible for a project to run until at least the end of May next year (9/10 months).

Experience:

·Knowledge of technology, the telecoms industry and convergence

·Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in which Consumer operates

·Comfortable influencing/delivering strategically important projects

·Ability to question intelligently, challenge rigorously and recommend – with sound business judgment- a course of action to a stakeholder 

Requirements:

·First class technical lawyer at any level of qualification with extensive experience in commercial contracts

·Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate

·In-house experience advising companies in the telecoms sector
