Nicholas Scott is working with a top-tier US firm who are looking for a 2-4 PQE Solicitor to join their award-winning Capital Markets team in their London office.

Requirements:

· Must be from a top-tier US capital markets team.

· Should have some experience advising in both equity and debt transactions.

· Must be familiar with Rule 144A/Registered offerings, initial public offerings, rights offerings, exchange offers and tender offers.

· Must have excellent drafting, communication, negotiation and marketing skills.

· Should be ambitious, a team player and have the ability to work independently.

· Must show collegiality, trust and respect.
