Our client, a media production company is looking for a Commercial lawyer with approximately 1-3 years PQE to join their legal team and work closely with the Group General Counsel.  This is a great opportunity to join an expanding company in a fast paced and exciting environment. You will get a huge amount of exposure and a breadth of work as you work closely with the Group GC on a diverse range of legal matters.

Ideally you will have broad, general commercial experience and also have some Corporate experience, e.g. you may have completed a Corporate seat &/or M&A seat during your training contract as well as more recent general commercial experience. some of the work may include; running the data room, replying to due diligence questionnaire, helping the group general counsel on deals, reviewing contracts, NDA’S and wider corporate work as well as commercial contracts work. 

This is a permanent role and they would be looking for someone to start as soon as possible. There is a flexible working arrangement on offer, e.g. 2 days from home and the option to work a 4 day week if so desired. You are also able to take 2 weeks a year working fully remotely from any location you desire.
