Our sister company, Contax Law, focuses on In House Legal roles. An excellent In House opportunity has arisen with an exciting organisation in Dubai who are looking for a 1-4 PQE UK qualified TMT / Commercial solicitor to join their team.
They are looking for a specialist commercial lawyer with TMT experience to work closely with their GC and handle all complex commercial legal matters and projects.

Example work will include:

•Drafting & Negotiating commercial contracts on both the customer and supplier side
•Technology contracts – inc. outsourcing agreements, software license and development agreements

•IP matters
•Data Privacy and Data Protection matters and associated regulatory advice, data commercialisation and IT governance

•Guide key stakeholders on commercial and corporate law matters
