Nicholas Scott are working with a magic circle law firm, ranked in tier 1 for TMT, who are looking for a Senior Associate Knowledge Lawyer to join their Tech team in their London office.

Requirements:
·2:1 grade undergraduate bachelor’s degree from a strong UK or overseas equivalent university

·You will be a senior lawyer with significant experience advising companies on tech.

·Your expertise will extend to legislative frameworks and developments for Cyber, Data, Artificial Intelligence related law, with a strong track record of keeping abreast of legal implications in this fast-evolving space.

This role will typically include working with lawyers who are advising clients on a range of matters including : 

·Tech advisory and compliance

·Tech development and renewal

·Tech risk, disputes and investigations

·Tech-heavy M&A transactions
