Our client would like to consider attorneys for the Investment Funds practice group of their Houston based office.

Requirements:

·4-5 years of experience with corporate transactions

·Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, alternative investment vehicles and their management companies is preferred

·Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered
