Nicholas Scott are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their award-winning Corporate Energy & Resources team in their Brisbane office.

Requirements:

· At least 4 years’ experience with clients in the energy and resources sector, preferably with a corporate M&A or projects and procurement background.

· Candidates with strong private M&A background who are interested in developing their career further in the energy & resources sector will also be considered.

· An unrestricted legal practisng certificate in either Australia or New Zealand.

· An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.

· A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of their leading team.

· An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.

· An eagerness to create an exceptional experience for clients
