Nicholas Scott are working with one of the leading flex/contract lawyer providers Contax Law who have a minimum 9 month contract opportunity (day rate basis) with a FTSE 100 Legal Department starting immediately for a Mid-Level Commercial Lawyer with the Data and Digital legal team.

You will have trained at a recognised Law Firm followed by In House experience in the communications, technology or digital sector.

The follow experience is sought:

•leading negotiations on complex, high value and/or strategically significant contracts and in the project management and delivery of large scale projects in the telecommunications, IT and/or digital sectors (in particular digital advertising technology and data monetisation projects);

•have relevant experience of data privacy advisory
