Nicholas Scott are working with a renowned international firm to find Associates with at least 5 years’ experience in M&A/Private Equity to join their Corporate practice, which is top-ranked in the prominent M&A Private Equity publications and directories.

Applications may be submitted for either the New York or Philadelphia office.

The firm represents buyers, sellers and advisors in global mergers and acquisitions – advising on both the legal and technical aspects as well as on financial/market implications.   

A deal sheet is required on application. 

Other main requirements:

· Drafting/negotiating experience in complex M&A and Private Equity transactions

· Deal team experience – running key aspects of transactions
