Nicholas Scott are working with a first class international law firm headquartered in New York who are looking for an Investment Funds, Regulatory Associate to join their market leading team. You will be working in the Regulatory Solutions practice of the Investment Funds Group, specializing in representation of registered and exempt investment advisers, and private U.S. and offshore investment funds. Requires Juris Doctor, Master of Law, or foreign equivalent.

Requirements:

·Admission to the New York State bar

·1 - 5 years’ experience working as an Associate in the Investment Management practice group of a global law firm

·Experience must include reviewing offering materials, organizational documents and agreements, including private placement memoranda (PPM) and limited partner agreements (LPA)

·Experience researching and preparing memoranda regarding the regulation and operation of private investment funds
