Nicholas Scott have an opportunity with a Silver Circle Law Firm to focus on investment funds, giving the right associate the ability to work on all sides of the transaction.

This is a chance to work with leading Partners in Funds and client secondments to banks and funds are encouraged.

Requirements:

· You will have 2-4 years’ post-qualification experience in advising asset managers and/or private equity funds at a firm known for its funds practice.

· Experience advising lenders and/or borrowers on fund formation.

· Excellent experience in managing relationships;

·Excellent communication and drafting skills;

·Strong academics.
