Our client a major US Law Firm is looking to hire a US Qualified Associate with Private Equity Funds Formation experience ( Class 2012 to 2017 ) to join the New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, Houston and Washington DC Offices.

The Funds Group operates as one across all offices. The firm has one of the leading names for Private Equity in both the US and worldwide with an enviable reputation for making up Associates to Partnership at an early stage in their careers. Experience required in :Formation (particularly important) ,Structuring Management of private equity funds .A real estate funds background would also be considered .

They will pay relocation from another City in the USA and will look at Lawyers from a law firm or In house background with Funds experience.
