Nicholas Scott are working with a renowned US firm who are seeking attorneys to join their Debt Finance group based in Boston.

Requirements:

·4 – 6 years’ experience in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings

·Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred
