Contax Law are working with a FTSE 50 Legal Department who are looking to hire a Data Privacy professionals to join their team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and enhancing enterprise-level privacy policies/procedures, processes and controls. Collaborating with key stakeholders to define data privacy requirements. And provide SME support to business units impacted by transformation activities.

Requirements:
·Experience working across legal, technology and risk management teams

·Experience of working across multiple business functions, in particular: Technology, Information Security, Digital, HR, Consumer and Innovation functions

·Strong knowledge of major data protection laws (GDPR, UK DPA, PECR)

·Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization

·Qualified lawyer (welcome but not essential)
