Nicholas Scott are working with a renowned US law firm to consider several Associates to join their busy Private Equity practice in London.

Full New York salary rates / bonus package on offer.

They are looking for Associates between 1PQE and 4PQE.

Requirements:

·1 to 4 years’ relevant post qualification experience (multiple roles available) in a top tier private equity practice in London or in a similar common law jurisdiction;

·Broad experience of the structuring of private equity transactions;

·Experience in managing client relationships;

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and

·First class academic record.
