Nicholas Scott are working with a highly regarded 35 partner firm in central London who are looking for a Commercial Litigator to join their Chambers and Legal 500 ranked team.

Requirements:

· 3-4 years' PQE

· Broad experience of contentious disputes (contractual and tortious)

·Advantageous to have dealt with claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975

·Strong drafting experience and of court procedure (Chancery division)
