Nicholas Scott are working with a renowned international firm to find Capital Markets Associates on the East Coast to join their widely recognised leading Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice. 

The firm is particularly well known for their experience in raising permanent capital, representing private equity firms and portfolio companies on IPO exits and debt financings. Our client is also a market leader in representing sovereign issuers and other market participants in sovereign bond offerings. 

Applications may be submitted for their Boston, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. office. 

Requirements:

· Experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings

· Permanent capital and M&A experience is beneficial

· Large law firm experience is desired, but not essential
