Nicholas Scott are working with a major international law firm in New York City who are looking for an exceptional Capital Markets Associate (2016) to come in as a mid-level associate on securities deals, including managing deals on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

· Class of 2016

· Experience representing issuers/underwriters in connection with registered/Rule 144A securities offerings

· Exceptional performance in law school (min 3.7 GPA)

· Demonstrable people skills

·Proven team player

·Language skills (Spanish/Portuguese) advantageous
