Opportunity with a Global Firm who are seeking associates with 3-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join the growing Financial Restructuring group. They represent creditors, investors and distressed companies in all types of in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters around the world.
Areas of focus include: representing first and second lien lenders, bondholders, hedge funds, and other creditors; acting in contested U.S. and multinational insolvencies, restructurings and bankruptcies; handling multidisciplinary cross-border deals that have secured our reputation as a leader in Latin America and Eastern Europe; and appearing before trial and appellate courts in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters.

Requirements:

· Substantive experience in representing creditors, investors, distressed companies and other stakeholders in large scale, complex U.S. and cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings

· Candidate must have good academic credentials i.e. GPA 3.4 minimum and good law firm experience
